Full interior renovations on character homes, including the structural and re-levelling work that usually turns up once the linings come off.

Managed end to end — we coordinate the plumber, electrician and tiler so you're not chasing four trades yourself.
Extensions and additions
Adding a room, a deck or a second storey. We handle the consent process and the council inspections.
Decks and outdoor living
Kwila and composite decking, pergolas and screening, built to handle an Auckland winter.
Weatherboard and cladding repairs
Rot repair, re-cladding and scribers. We find where the water is actually getting in first.
Insurance and remedial work
We'll write up a scope and quote your insurer will accept, and deal with the assessor directly.
